Why We Need This Stuff

Honestly? We can't design your mountain retreat without knowing what you're after. We use your information to:

For active projects, we keep everything until completion plus seven years (legal requirement for architectural records in BC). If you just inquired but didn't move forward, we'll typically hang onto that for a year or so, then delete it. Portfolio images from completed projects might stick around longer - but we always ask permission before using project photos publicly.

We use a few external services that might handle your data:

Cloud storage for project files
Accounting software for invoicing
Website hosting services

These companies have their own privacy policies. We've vetted 'em, but you're welcome to check their policies too if you're curious.

If we update this privacy policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. Major changes? We'll email you directly. We're not gonna pull any sneaky moves.

Kids' Privacy

Our services aren't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect info from minors. If you're a parent and think we might have your kid's information, let us know and we'll delete it immediately.
